DESCRIPTION

Tricas & Lacort

This short but combative itinerary is suitable for a late afternoon ride or as a complement to another route in the area. The ascent is shared with the first part of route 27 Solana de Sasé. A first section of singletrack through the forest goes down to the vicinity of Tricas, from where a second path descends to Lacort.

Lacort and Tricas are two unhabited villages; Lacort was expropiated in the 1960’s in order to construct a dam, but it was never constructed and the former inhabitants still fight for the reversion of their houses.
