DESCRIPTION

Cult route at the doors of Ordesa National Park. Alpine environment and amazing views of the huge rock cliffs of the Ordesa Valley gateway. A very photogenic route.

The ascent by a dirt road is easy but quite long and it will take us to 1938 m above sea level.

The first section of the descent goes halfway up the hillside and is often damaged by the footprints of the cows, but after that, take care my friend, you’re going to be amazed: meadows, beech woods, rocky areas, fast sections, hanging steps, pure enduro sections… and finally we’ll get to a camping where a cold beer will calm down our legs which will still be trembling.

Sources: Torla.

Variant: “Flat out start“. There is a PR singletrack (very tough) which climbs up directly from Torla to the dirt road. It’s likely the trail has some brush.

TERRAIN

32% of trail. Limestones and sandstones. No mud.

RECOMMENDATIONS

To be done only in spring-summer-autumn, in winter there is snow, and even in early spring.
