DESCRIPTION

In 2022 we have opened the old road from Campodarbe to Boltaña through the Cuello de la Madalena, and joining it with the hill, it is an interesting option when there is a lot of mud or snow, thus avoiding the descent of the classic one.

The union of these two descents of the variant makes a very strong route. The pure hill was already special to the EWS ace, and this new one from Cuello has a lot of curves and cobbled areas, without forgetting the end through the ravine that gives it a very special touch.

Attention upon arrival, as sometimes shepherd dogs that guard the sheep with zeal. Don’t get in the way

The two climbs on the stony track of the reds make this route finally hard
